How Get Privacy Report handles information for the Full Individual Privacy Report.

1. Introduction

Get Privacy Report is built in Australia and available worldwide. We collect limited personal information to prepare requested manual privacy reports, communicate about orders, and maintain basic business records.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the full legal name, common name or name commonly used online, email address to investigate, contact email address, phone number if voluntarily supplied, usernames, handles, aliases, country and state or territory, main concern, extra notes voluntarily supplied, and payment confirmation information where relevant.

3. Information we do not need

Do not send passwords, account credentials, copies of ID documents, bank card details, banking credentials, medical records, or unnecessary sensitive information.

4. How information is submitted

Customers submit details through their own email client using the mailto form on the order page. Email is not the same as a dedicated secure portal, so customers should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. Payments are processed externally by Stripe through a Stripe Payment Link.

5. How we use information

We use information to prepare the requested manual OSINT privacy report, communicate about the order, verify scope and consent where needed, manage payment and order administration, and maintain basic business records.

6. What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer details for unrelated marketing without consent. We do not access private accounts, ask for passwords, or knowingly prepare reports for stalking, harassment, surveillance, intimidation, or harm.

7. Disclosure to third parties

Customers may contact admin@getprivacyreport.com to request deletion of their information, subject to legitimate business, legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or safety reasons for retaining limited records.
